A small oven that demands attention
The G3 Ferrari Delizia is mainly suited to someone who wants a hotter stone than
a conventional domestic oven without installing a heavy appliance. The variant
studied here is the black G10006 10, linked to ASIN B07PZQ55PC on Amazon.fr.
Its compact size does not remove the need to watch the bake. The two available third-party sessions describe a thermostat alternating between heating and cutting out, a very hot opening and accessories that do not suit every method. This evidence helps prepare the use; it cannot promise a stable temperature or a baking time valid for every dough.
Check the black reference
The official black Delizia page
identifies variant G10006 10 with EAN 8056095873526. G3 Ferrari states
1,200 W, a 31 cm refractory stone, two elements, a thermostat reaching up to
400 °C and a five-minute timer.
These figures describe the appliance, not a guaranteed bake. The timer provides an audible reference; the manufacturer page does not turn five minutes into a universal pizza-baking time. The dough, its temperature, the toppings and the chosen point in the heating cycle all change the result.
G3 Ferrari writes the black code as G10006 10. El País instead uses
G10006B, without publishing the EAN or official colour code. Check the colour,
EAN and exact product page rather than relying on the Delizia name alone; a
different family variant does not prove how the black model behaves.
A temperature captured midway through a cycle
Pizzaschaufel.ch describes its unit as a grey Delizia without publishing the exact colour code. On 21 April 2024, the source records 363.7 °C on the stone when the thermostat cuts out and 86.6 °C on the controls. This surface temperature is a reason to keep hands away from the casing and controls while the oven is heating.
The source also observes large fluctuations as the thermostat stops and
restarts. This is one unit and one point-in-time reading, with no repeated series
or complete map of the stone. The site sells pizza accessories and says it
bought the tested appliances with its own funds. Its measurement remains useful
for the G10006 family, but it does not measure the black G10006 10 directly
and cannot define the temperature of every Delizia.
Three pizzas, but no thermal protocol
The El País Escaparate comparison from 6 February 2025 prepares at least three pizzas per appliance: one frozen, one with homemade dough and one with shop-bought dough and toppings. The editorial team examines baking, sticking and cleaning. It reports roughly ten minutes of preheating for the Delizia, intense heat at the opening and a compact appliance.
That session concerns a variant called G10006B, with no published instrument
or thermal map. The source does not disclose how the unit was obtained and the
section uses affiliate links. The observed preheat must therefore not become a
promise for the black model sold in France.
The split peels divide opinion
El País finds the two supplied half-peels useful for moving the pizza. Pizzaschaufel.ch, by contrast, describes an awkward movement when they must be held together while opening the oven, and switches to a single-piece peel during its session.
These observations need not contradict each other: they show that the accessory requires a particular coordination. If you are starting with soft dough, clear the worktop and check that the pizza can be set down without sticking. A single-piece peel is a separate purchase, not an accessory assumed to be included with every offer.
An Amazon page does not always mean the same offer
The record from 31 August 2026 opened exact ASIN B07PZQ55PC for the black
variant. The observed buy box was an Amazon Resale offer. A stable /dp/ page
does not guarantee the same condition, accessories or seller on a later visit.
New or used condition must therefore be read again every time; this point-in-
time record documents no transition over time.
The purchase block on this page points to that exact ASIN. Before ordering,
recheck whether the item is new or used, the G10006 10 reference, seller,
dispatcher and box contents. The price and stock seen during research are
deliberately not reproduced in this article.
Who can live with the compromise
The Delizia makes sense for someone who wants a compact appliance, accepts following the thermostat cycle and has a space where the very hot opening puts nobody at risk. You must also be ready to adapt the launch or add a different peel.
Rule it out if you expect demonstrably stable regulation, series of pizzas measured in a repeated protocol or an Amazon offer that is necessarily new. The available sources describe easy access to high heat; they do not document consistency across several units, lifespan or repairability.
